Today was the completion of our landscaping project and I wanted to share with you our experience. From my first appointment with Trevor Lester to the final walkthrough today, it was a smooth, enjoyable project. Trevor set the scene with great plant selections - appropriate to the site, interesting and esthetically pleasing. Trevor's skills at communicating are excellent and made all the difference in my confidence to go with Property Masters. Not only does he possess an impressive knowledge of landscape design but he explains his reasons for selecting plant material and listens to concerns and is willing to provide optional suggestions as needed. He treated the work crew with respect and dignity. I think you have a very valuable employee in Trevor.

Alphonso and his crew were certainly the best we have ever experienced in our 30 plus years as homeowners . They worked quietly, steadily and with precision and skill. It was a well managed project with no down time for any of the crew. I was particularly impressed with everyone's attention to detail in all aspects of the project and their willingness to make this a great final product. No project is without a few unexpected things but just a few things that happened were handled very satisfactorily.

In addition, Zoe, I would like to compliment you for working with me in such a timely fashion to get the contract details worked out. Although you reworked some details of the contract several times at my request, I never felt that you were anything but willing to get things just right. I appreciate that.

I hope that you will pass along my comments to the leadership of Property Masters. I am sure that not everyone takes the time to fully communicate their satisfaction with your company after a project but readily complains if things don't go to their satisfaction. I am pleased to give you my comments and want others to hear them. I would be happy to be listed as a reference for Property Masters and will assuredly use your company again for landscaping needs.
